In order to move a network license to a new server smoothly, please follow these steps:
1. Please contact us with questions about moving the network server. We have to deactivate codes from our end first.
2. After our response, please remove the network license from the old server by following the deactivation instructions.
3. Install network license on the new server by following the activation instructions.
Note: End-users have to change the path to the license server.
Note: By default, all configurations are saved in: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Tools 4 Revit. The content from this catalog can be copied to a new user's or other users' workstations, if needed.
