Replace
Replace Viewports using selected Viewports - View that is already placed in a sheet can be replaced by another.
- First step is to select the existing views from the table to replace.
- Click the 'Replace Viewports using selected Viewports' button:
- Then, select a new view to replace the existing view with. In this case the 'Floor Schedule' will be replaced with 'Column Schedule'. The checkbox below shows the views that are not added to Sheets yet:
- In the 'Option' window choose the properties to copy from the replaced view:
- In the 'Multiple View Mapping' assign and apply the views for the existing views:

Replace Viewports using all Viewports - View that is already placed in a sheet can be replaced by another.

Place
Place Viewports on existing Sheets - Views, that are already placed on other sheets will be duplicated and placed on the new sheet.
- Click the 'Place Viewports on existing Sheets' button:
- In the 'Option' window choose the properties to copy from the existing view:
- Select the sheets to place a new view on:
- The view has been duplicated and placed on a new sheet:
Place new Viewports - Views, that are not placed on any other sheets can be placed on the existing sheets.
- Click the 'Place new Viewports' button:
- In the 'Option' window choose the properties to copy from the existing view:
- Select the view to add to the sheet:
- Select sheets where the views will be placed and what template viewport will be used.
