To manage your libraries, click the 'Browser Options' button represented by the flywheel. In Browser Options, you will see a library list. Click a library to perform any actions on it or to check if it needs any updates (represented by a red bubble).
Note: If you’re just starting to use Smart Browser, please refer to the 'Library Creation' article.
In the opened menu, you can:
- Create a new Library
- Connect an existing library
- Manage selected library. Click to open a deeper menu with more functions for library management.
- Quick update. Do a quick update of the selected library.

Note: To check whether the library needs to be updated, click on it in the Library Tree view.
You can either do a 'Quick update' that will write new information about the families or go to 'Manage selected library' and choose the option 'Update library', which has some advanced settings.
5. Library Information
Here you can find all the accessible information about the library. Click 'Back' to go to the previous menu or click any other library to see its information.
6. Remove selected library
This function will remove the selected library from the list of your libraries. No files will be deleted during this procedure. The main library file (XML) will stay in its original location and can be added later to the library list via the 'Connect an existing library' function.
